Understanding Invoices

Viewing Invoices

Go to Invoices in your dashboard to see all invoices. Each invoice shows:

Invoice number and date
Services billed
Amount due
Payment status (Paid, Unpaid, Overdue)

Invoice Statuses

Paid - Payment received and confirmed
Unpaid - Payment pending, service still active
Overdue - Past due date, service may be suspended
Cancelled - Invoice voided by admin

Paying an Invoice

Click on an unpaid invoice
Click Pay Now
Select your payment method
Complete the payment

Downloading Invoices

Click the Download PDF button on any invoice for your records. All invoices include Ardisio company details for accounting purposes.

Billing Cycle

Services are billed in advance. You'll receive an invoice 7 days before your renewal date. If payment isn't received by the due date, a reminder is sent. Services are suspended 3 days after the due date.
